The bed was just fine. Breakfast fare was good and the staff very attentive.
we needed a room with handicap access so we found that less than adequate. I had previously booked a suite and that was beautiful! Unfortunately we couldn't use because there were no bars for the toilet and in the bathtub. I do hope that you take a look at the issue. Older people with disabilities need more comfort and they can afford to pay for it.
